What format and size should I send my photos? Send your photos saved as .jpg or .tif. A resolution of 72 dpi is adequate for the web. The dimension should be at least 640 x 480 or larger. When in doubt, send larger and we can resize it. Can you scan my images for me? Yes. We can. We will even mail them back to you. We can scan from any size image or even from a contact sheet (although the quality will not be as good as from an enlarged print). We will scan up to 15 images for a one time fee of $20. When you signup, and fill out your information, you will be brought to a page that explains how to send us your media. Click on our Scan Form and it will explain where to mail them to. I want to add my demo reel later. Can I do this? Sure. Included in the price, we allow one update per quarter. This can be your demo reel, new photos, resume or contact changes. How long will it take for my site to be designed? Once we receive all your information and media (photos, video), your site will be online within 5 business days. I'm a voice-over artist. Can I add my audio files? Yes. We can make some adjustments to your site and use the video page for your audio files. You should send these to us as .wav or .mp3 files. If they are sent as .wav, then we will encode them as .mp3s for faster web downloading. For our basic actors site, there is a 5 minute maximum on video/audio files. On custom designed & hosted sites, they can be longer. I would like one of your basic sites but I want a few changes to my design. Can you do this? Yes. No problem. If you would like changes made to one of our basic designs (color, fonts, additions), we can do this although we will bill at our normal rate of $25/hour. Often, with minor changes, we can accomplish them in 30 minutes to an hour. When you sign up and fill out our form, the last field is for Additional Comments. Use this to describe in detail the changes you want on your site. We will contact you with a quote for the additional charge, before we begin the job. I am an artist, musician, model, filmmaker, performance artist etc, can you design a site for me? Yes! Yes! Yes! We love working for all types of artists and performers. We can design an awesome site that will make you stand out using Flash and other multimedia. If you need it, we also can set up your domain on our servers and host you.
